History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Halimath was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He got into the Bricklayer business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Stableman, but he was a colossal failure. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born in the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aust grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aust. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
