History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His childhood dream was to be a Scribe, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barrister for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new barrister responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Raer embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
