History: Born to a Crown-heir, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has achieved small success as a Assassin.

He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature club.

History: Varis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
