Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He married young, but lost his spouse to orcs. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Efferil was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Fisher arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and he is greedy

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.
