History: Born in the east to a Blacksmith, Adran learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. At a young age his mother died while driving off some illithids. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in hand crossbow use. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Blacksmith for hire.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
