History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. History: Quarion was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
