Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Lucan was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Dilettante. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.
