Personality: Efferil hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Efferil was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Doctor. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Weaver arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
