Personality: He is happy with his job as a Bowyer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Efferil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Efferil was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
