Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bricklayer.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new bricklayer responsibilities is difficult

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Efferil was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Efferil's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Efferil and his spouse have recently divorced.
