History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: Paelias hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
