Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Miner but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He got into the Miner business at a young age. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miner for the past few years.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born to a Dilettante, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Dilettante, but he got bored and became a Courier. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: Naal is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Naal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to share knowledge with the world
