History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Blacksmith arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Varis was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Thamior learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and sabotage a competitor
