History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
