Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered giants who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Rolen was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
