Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Mindartis is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Mindartis was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Engraver.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Stableman, but he was a colossal failure. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Thervan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Armorer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and someone believes him a fraud

Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.
