Personality: He is happy with his job as a Ruler. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: The child of a Fletcher, who enjoyed hunting, Aelar was taken on many hunting expeditions. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
