Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Paelias is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and seeks redemption
