History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Heian never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
