History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lucan grew up listening to his father's many stories. Lucan abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Rael was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He became a Sage soon after.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
