Personality: Rael is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born to a Junk Dealer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Being a Layabout kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
