History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
