History: He was born in the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult

He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Beiro lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
