History: He comes from a rich southern family. After coming to the age of reason, Uthemar took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He is a Butcher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Butcher arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Butcher.
