History: Born to a Mayor, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born in the south to a Guard, Laucian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Spy, but he got bored and became a Guard. He's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Koeth was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. After coming to the age of reason, Dayereth took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
