Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

History: He was born in a small desert village. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To end his boredom.
