Personality: He is happy with his job as a Sailor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Paelias was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sailor. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
