History: Berrian was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rael fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
