Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he tends to wear a large brown jacket. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peren. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
