History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His childhood dream was to be a Navigator, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

His long red hair reaches down to his waist. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He tends to his Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and to be a spice merchant again

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shoemaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shoemaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
