Soveliss grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Soveliss. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Herbalist mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ivellios never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Riardon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Gifted from a young age, Thervan studied abroad. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
