History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 5'3". He is well dressed, constantly wearing a grey suit, blue shirt, and tan tie, and his gloved hand is found clutching a spear. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Peren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fisher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fisher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: To be a Cook again; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a grey costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. He has done his best to style his blonde hair to look like a famous performer. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fisher born in the past three hundred years. He takes great joy in being the best Fisher in town.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Aelar's homeland. Aelar decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He struck the Fisher job and began his own company from there.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a blue vest and prefers yellow and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His head has been shaved. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he has money and likes to spend it
