History: Peren hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Peren was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: Mindartis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed.
