He has wavy black hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born in the west. Through the years after Heian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Heian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
