Heian took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up bow and armor he uses now. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Efferil hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
