Description: A 5'2" eastern man, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Raer was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his kukri. His blonde hair is lengthy. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a white coat over a violet low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Laborer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and sabotage a competitor
