History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Theren was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Banker. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He got into the Fisher business at a young age. Paelias was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
