Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. History: He was born in a small mountains village. A gifted student he started as a Junk Dealer, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.
