Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He's also a talented Junk Dealer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
