Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light grey in addition to tight pants. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Guard but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his youth he was a Bricklayer, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Korfel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: A middle-aged man, he very much looks the part of a Bookbinder, and is pretty ugly. His golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. This brown eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. He became a Bookbinder soon after.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is renowned for his bright brown suits and hats. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Peren enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
