History: Arannis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Arannis's homeland. Arannis decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He became a Slave Trader soon after.

Description: 4'9" and muscular, this southern man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in the south to a Crown-heir, Himo learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Spy, but he got bored and became a Crown-heir. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Crown-heir for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Spy again; and expand his business

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

History: Paelias was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has taken up work as a Stableman and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
