History: The child of a Unemployed, who enjoyed hunting, Quarion was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. His hair is blonde and curly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Rolen took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
