Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Interpreter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Interpreter. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
