Arannis decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. After a long history of fighting, Arannis and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thamior grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thamior. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Varis has worked very hard to control his curse. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Aramil lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Performer, but he got bored and became a Mason. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Himo is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Scribe work with an outfit from a few towns over. Scribe work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Barrister, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
