Personality: Paelias is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Paelias was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Paelias and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
