The war was a terrible time for him, and Theriatis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Animal Trainer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Theriatis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Scribe kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spice Merchant.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
