History: Born in the west to a Fortune-teller, Heian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tharivol grew up listening to his mother's many stories. After coming to the age of reason, Tharivol took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.
