History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Laucian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He struck the Glassblower job and began his own company from there.

Description: He typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor. He carries a battered hammer and tarnished scimitar as well. He sports a flattop hair cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Traki was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
