Varis was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Caeldrim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he is wracked by social anxiety

He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. After a long history of fighting, Beiro and his spouse have recently divorced.
