Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He takes great joy in being the best Mayor in town.

History: Heian hails from a village terrorized by brigands. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Gennal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Performer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Performer again.
